Thermic Spraying

Soldering has its given area of use when joining material to objects, where one cannot or does not want to use welding because of much higher working temperatures and its limitations when it comes to joining different metals. When soldering the joint surfaces are heated only at or precisely above the respective solders melting temperature which is always lower than the basic material’s melting temperature, at which the solder melts and "rolls over" the joint surfaces.
